Good day Sir / Ma'am, My name Is kyle Johnson. My partner and I would like to move to the Toowoomba region as a place of permanence. Toowoomba has the lifestyle qualities that we're currently aiming to achieve as a new family. I have recently been Medically seperated from the Australian Defence Force making myself retired. I currently receive a full military pension / DVA and that will apply for my entire life going forwards. My monthly income is $6000. My partner and I both have zero debt in anyform to our names. My family has moved from Townsville to my family home In Wondai temporarily as an inbetween stage to get us to Toowoomba hopefully very soon. My partner has a working background of Disability / Aged care. She i currently looking after our newborn child and will easily find employement in Toowoomba when she is able to do so. In the meantime I am the sole financial provider for us both and I am happy to do so. We are both responsible renters being extremely clean and organised. We will always be immediately upfront about any issue that may arise at the property. We both always pay our bills on time. We're both non-smokers. We have a 1 year old Dachshund named Neeko. she is fully trained and mannered. she is primarily an outside dog but sleeps inside for security reasons.
