Family (39) seeking house in Toowoomba, Queensland

My two kids and I would love to find a landlord and home where we can stay for long period of time, 2 years or more. I’d like to save for house in this time. I’m a single mum of a 5year old and 3year old. I work 5 days a week and kids in school during the week. Ideally we’re wanting a minimum 3 bedroom home/ townhouse with small outdoor area for kids. Preferably, South and or East Toowoomba, other suburbs, Centenary heights, Newtown, Kearney Springs and Rangeville.. I work from home and need area for home office. No pets, great rental references from local agency's. Max rental $500 per week
