My name is Kim, and I am currently seeking a house to lease in Toowoomba that I can truly call home. I have been renting a room for over two years, during which time I have been consistently working and studying. I am employed as a childcare worker and have maintained a stable income, allowing me to reliably meet all rental commitments. I am now looking to secure a home as my family (husband and 2 children) will be joining me from South Africa in April 2026. This will be a very special time for us as we will finally be reunited and able to live together as a family. My husband will also intend to seek employment as soon as he is settled in, which will further support our household. We are a quiet, respectful, and friendly family. We do not smoke or drink, and we regularly attend church. I have two children—one who is independent enough to work and studying, and another who is 10 years old and of school age.
