We are a financially stable family of seven looking to secure a long-term rental home. we have consistent household income, with bond and rent available immediately. Our children are aged 7, 6, 6, 5 and 10 months, and we are seeking a home where we can provide long-term stability and consistency for them. For the past year we have been in a private family arrangement while strengthening our financial position. We are now ready to transition into a long term tenancy and are committed to maintaining the property respectfully and responsibly. Trevor is currently employed in a council position as a labourer, providing stable and ongoing income. Michelle has recently secured employment with Woolworths in cleaning and trolley services, with my start date being 7th May. We can provide employer, personal, references upon request and would welcome the opportunity to secure a home we can care for long term.
