Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Rehanna Prior Gizar, and I am writing to express my interest in renting a property in the Townsville area alongside my partner, Ashely. Currently, Ashely is employed as a full-time Rail Track Worker in Queensland, having been with the company for six months. At present, we are residing with a relative and are contributing to household expenses on a fortnightly basis. Prior to our current living arrangement, we rented a property in Townsville for four years. While we enjoyed our time there, during our final year, I faced health challenges following the birth of our youngest child, which led to Ashely temporarily stepping away from work to care for me. Subsequently, as my maternity and covered leave came to an end, I made the difficult decision to resign due to my health. Unfortunately, by the time I sought assistance for our rental arrears, it was too late, and we received a notice to vacate. I am pleased to share that I have recently returned to work as a part-time Pharmacy Assistant. In March 2026, our daughter will begin attending daycare, allowing me to transition to full-time employment. At this point, Ashely and I find ourselves in a much improved financial position, making us confident in our ability to afford rent. As I am newly employed, I cannot access the app to download my payslips, to show proof of income I have screenshotted my pay in my bank account. The total I receive from work is $711.16. By the December 2025 I will be increasing my hours by an extra day and by March 2025 I will be full time once my daughter is enrolled into daycare. We pride ourselves on being clean, tidy, and respectful tenants and understand the significance of maintaining a property.
