Family (43) seeking house in Townsville, Queensland

I am a newly single mother who has left a Domestic Violence relationship of 10 years and am currently looking for a place to call home for my 3 daughters and myself. I am currently renting but unfortunately the owners have decided to sell their property. I have lived and rented my current residence for 10 years. So it would be great to lease long term if possible. I am looking for a 3 - 4 Bedroom as a family friend I have known for 20 years who will also like to be on the lease and share rent and expenses.
