We are a quiet, respectful household which consists of me, my partner Adrian & my mum Yana, are seeking a stable long-term rental. We are clean, responsible, & quiet tenants who value a peaceful & well-kept home. Following significant stroke that has left my mum disabled this year, we are looking to secure stable housing while supporting my mother throughout her ongoing rehabilitation recovery. She currently remains under full-time medical care & is not expected to reside at our rental within the next 2 months due to pending medical approval & planning to transition her back into the community. Our household is focused on stability, reliability, and creating a secure home environment during a challenging period for our family.
