Myself, my mum and our two teenage sons are seeking a suitable home. Mum and I will be the lease holders. We are two working professionals in the cleaning industry and we have strong rental history with no defaults. Upfront rent and bond can be paid via payment method of any personal preference. We're an honest, tight knit little family just wanting to be here for eachother and to spend as much time together as possible. We now know the reality of how precious time is after the passing of my Dad last year, it is important for our family to remain together. We require a property with adequate personal space for each family member and a comfortable, good sized living area. A main bathroom plus two main bedrooms featuring a private ensuite each is essentially ideal and what were hoping to find. We are ready to move in immediately and appreciate the consideration in regards to our application.
