together for two years and lived together previously, we have a settled, predictable routine. We aren’t party people, we lead a simple lifestyle, spending our time working and enjoying our hobbies at home. We take great pride in maintaining a clean, tidy space and are looking for a property we can treat with respect. We have two, well behaved rescues who are an integrated part of our quiet life. Salem, Bombay Cat (7 years): house trained, well behaved, very friendly, quiet and very sleepy. Lola, Stafford x Fox Terrier Dog (9 years): A quiet, senior rescue dog. She is well mannered, house trained, extremely friendly, and spends most of her day in her favourite blanket snoozing away. Our case worker, Erin from Australian consumer affairs has advised us to let future agents know of our situation, We moved into 35 westbourne street on the 12/05/2026 (periodic lease :monthly) from Queensland. Unfortunately, we discovered it was in very poor condition with significant maintenance issues, cleanliness problems, and lack of responsiveness and neglect from our current agent. We have tried to clean up the home to the best of our ability but are seeking a better maintained property and more secure lease term (12-24 months) Thank you for your consideration and we hope to find our new home we can love and take care of as our own.
