Myself and mate Richard Mann 72 yrs old are looking for a apartment or studio possibly even a townhouse. Richard retired captain in the merchant navy and myself a student at university full time as well as Richard care for last 8 months and for aleast 6 more months due to a resent triple bypass heart operation. Preferred suburb , Fremantle . Otherwise any where around this area, great . Ardross, area . I have 15 months of university before qualifying. We are very clean , respectful and of good character. We can provide written or contact details for excellent references. Hopefully your place is right for us . No to many stairs due to Richard operation. 2 bedroom 3 even ok , must have 2 bathrooms . Preferably a veranda or outside area to sit .. courtyard etc . Need space for 2 cars also . Thanks
