Hi, my names Crystal. I am 22 yrs old and currently looking for a rental with one of my male friend Glen Turner who is 25 years old. I am currently homeless due to dv and on Centrelink due to this factor also so am hoping to get a place to be able to get back into work and live a normal life again. Glen currently sub contracts as a tree looper and works full time hours. We both have a car and license. We're both very quiet respectful people who don't go out to party nor do we drink or smoke. I do vape though. I also have a 4 yr old bull Arab x female dog who is desexed and the most loving caring dog. She loves laying in the grass and is house trained/ toilet trained and just loves to lay in the sun. As I am on Centrelink and not currently working we would be open to pay more upfront rent to ensure you we will always have rent on time. We will follow all tenant rules and regulations along with the legal requirements to reside with a pet. If you were interested we can provide you rental references and proof of income.
