Hey all — I'm looking for a longer-term place to call home and can move in immediately. Ideally I'm after a private space, I.e my own bathroom. I’m bond ready, and have two weeks rent upfront. Plus an entire house of appliances, furniture and homeware if we need anything! I love music, enjoy meeting new people, and I'm always down for a good night out or trying new food spots. I'm clean, respectful, and easy to live with — extroverted when social, but I also really value my downtime and a calm home environment. I get along with just about anyone and keep shared spaces tidy without needing reminders. I'm flexible on lease length.
