I arrived in Australia on 14 July 2022 as a Ukrainian refugee and have been living in Brisbane since then. I am committed to building a stable and peaceful life here and I treat my home with respect and care. Since July 2024, I have been living at 1/24 Maynard Street, Woolloongabba QLD 4102. Prior to that, from July 2022 to July 2024, I lived at 49 Plimsoll Street, Greenslopes QLD 4120. Both were long-term residential addresses, and I have always respected the property and neighbours. I am a quiet, respectful and reliable person. I do not smoke, do not host parties and value privacy and calm living. Home for me is a place to rest and recover, so I always maintain a peaceful environment. At present, I am seeking rental accommodation (including a room) due to a change in my family circumstances. I am looking for a stable, long-term living arrangement and a place where I can feel safe and settled. In terms of finances, I receive a stable and regular income through Centrelink (Disability Support Pension), paid fortnightly. This provides me with predictable income and allows me to meet my rental obligations on time. I am careful with my budget and understand the importance of paying rent consistently and looking after the property. I believe I would be a suitable tenant because I am responsible, honest, and respectful of both the property and the people around me.
