Male (37) seeking house in Sutherland, New South Wales

Looking for a 1 to 4 bed house with yard dog friendly single dwelling. As my step son has epilepsy and need easy access for emergency services when required. My partner also has back and pelvis injurys that at times affects her ability to walk, do simple daily tasks safely alone like assistance in and out of the bathroom,so I have recently been more involved with both my partner and step sons day to day needs and support . We have recently applied for career payment as this requires me to take time off work to help my family I currently am in a hostel and my partner is in a 2 story duplex that's not safe nor suitable for their disabilities. So we are looking for a 1 to 4 bed house single dwelling prefer garage but not a necessity
