My brother and I are relocating from Newman to Perth this November and looking for a quiet, neat space to make our own. We value honest, open communication with property managers and do our best to leave homes better than we find them. We're seeking a 12-month lease to renew each year, if possible, around Joondalup and the surrounding suburbs from November 13th onwards. I'm a full-time receptionist for a remote medical service, supporting a vision for a better world. I'm also a rom-com enthusiast (!) always on the lookout for tear-jerkers, or thrilling series, during my free time. My brother's more cerebral. He enjoys learning new things and meeting people as passionate as he is. Perth would be better for this. We also have two clean, quiet indoor cats who sleep 24/7: Baja and Chanel.
