Female (57) seeking apartment in Toowoomba, Queensland

Due to circumstances that were unfortunately out of my control, I was made homeless in February of this year(2024). I am 57 years old and looking for a small place(a granny flat would be ideal but I would happily take an apartment/unit/townhouse/studio)to call my own again. I'm a long term renter(I was at my last unit for 9 years and another one before that, again for 9 years). I'm by myself(no pets) very quiet and quite introverted - I like my own company and privacy. I am honest, reliable and have always treated my previous rentals like my own and with the greatest respect. I have an excellent rental history and references if required .I would dearly love to be given an opportunity for a successful rental application, not to mention beyond grateful(being homeless is NOT my idea of a good time, it has crushed me). I crave stability and safety- it's just how I am. I would not let you down and although you would have heard people say that before, I pride myself on my integrity in that regard. Thank you. :⁠-⁠)
