I am looking for a new place to reside that does not have any stairs as I have disabilities that makes it difficult for me to walk up and down stairs. I am currently on a fixed income, the disability pension, and have difficulty getting around. Your property is ideal for me as all amenities are nearby as well as public transport. Also, my partner, Scott, who would be staying occasionally, needs to be close to the Alfred Hospital as he has been placed on the heart transplant waitlist. The property would be kept well as I am home most of the time doing my crafts of sewing and quilting. While I enjoy a party, as most people do, I am always mindful of my neighbours and respectful of their wanting of peace and quiet.
