Hi. I am a local however after the sale of my house in recent years I took the opportunity to travel and currently I am working and staying with my previous boss in Swanhill. I have good relations with the local community through voluntary work I've done and local businesses I've worked for. I am a good choice as a tenant as I am reliable having the experience of paying a mortgage for nearly 20yrs and maintaining the entire property to a high standard.
