Female (53) seeking house in Bomaderry, New South Wales

I am a single woman working full time in Nowra and seeking to rent a home long term. I tend to pay my rent every 4 weeks to allow for less stress for both myself and the landlord. I do not currently own a pet but would like the option of having a small dog or cat as a pet in the future so this is a factor I am taking into consideration in my search. I can provide references from previous landlords and they are happy to speak to any potential new landlords. I am reasonably quiet and enjoy nature, crafts and when time permits taking photos.
