Female (51) seeking studio in Liverpool, New South Wales

I’m a 51 year old single mature mother of two grown children looking for my own long term lease in a 1-2 bedroom granny flat or apartment or unit! I’m currently sharing and have been since march 2023 down as a tenant at professional paradise reality Casula n have an applicable rental history. I’m clean n tidy n honest and reliable but on the DSP pension n looking for areas in 2170 2168 area but willing to expand to the right area as I want it to rent for as long as possible! With no lawns to mow! I don’t want to share or co live! I want a studio granny flat or unit or apartment if possible please! If you are interested in a long term tenant you will not be disappointed in having your property looked after as if it were your own! My preferred locations are Liverpool, Bonnyrigg, Greenacre,Casula,Lemea. But willing to expand! I have my own vehicle! So parking spot would be great please!
