I am a single independent woman I have my own small business, I am looking for an affordable long term Rental property on the Sunshine Coast - I require privacy and a secure location. Space is of importance office area extra bedroom an ideal as my grown children will visit ( occasionally as I am Originally from Melbourne vic - of 25 yrs - we sold our family home ) my sons live independently in Victoria. I rented and explored the Coffs Harbour area rented in Bellingen, I am presently renting in Nambour it is nice but to small and prefer to be closer to the beach , I am looking in areas between Maroochydore and Noosa . I ideally wish to pay under $350 per week for myself at this time. December-January onwards
