Me and my best friend are looking for a nice place to live for a bit and hopefully near the beach. I have lived by our beach in Seaford for 18 years and I love it. But am completely open to moving inland for a nice place. I would love to explore options of short term renting such as 3 months. I would also like to see if an annual lease is available for the right place.
