Female (48) seeking house in Central Coast, New South Wales

I'm a single lady living in a share house with noisy, untidy, housemates, it was only temporary as my mum was unwell, I've now been here for 4 years, my mum recently passed away and I would really like a fresh start, I am looking for new employment as I'm no longer my mums carer,.. hopefully I will be accepted in the future as I know how difficult the rental market is at the moment
