Looking for long term accommodation. Preferred location anywhere within 30 min travel of the CBD. I am currently in the process of selling my property in Normanville and working in the CBD. Travel has become difficult due to inflation costs and I need to be able to use uber/public transport to commute. I am respectful and relatively low maintenance. I like to keep my home space tidy and organised. Ideally a fully furnished bedroom would be ideal. I am seeking long term but open to short of required.
