Female (33) seeking apartment in Brisbane, Queensland

To whome it may concern. I'm seeking a place to rent. Hoping for a year lease for a property that bot shared living. I would like to pay 6 months rent in advance. I also would like a property or appartment to be under 500 per week if that's possible. I am 33 years old and have just a partner. No pets or dependents that would be residing with me. Im Currently seeking new employment in the city. I currently am on centrelink payment at this current point in time, so my offer is that i can pay 6 months up front. The year if necessary, but if the person sells up during my contract obviously I would be out of pocket by a large sum.. could you possibly help me or direct me to a property that could work with what I have to offer. I have not got a bad history with my past rentals, I have a letter of recommendation from my last rental that I've lived for the past 5+ years. Eager to stop spending thousands on hotel jumping.
