I’m an 18-year-old from NSW, excited to be moving to Queensland and starting this new chapter of independence. I’m currently studying Certificate III in Individual Support and Ageing and love learning new things. I’m naturally a friendly and easygoing person, and I get along well with others while still enjoying my quiet moments. I have two beautiful indoor cats who are very well-behaved, and I take pride in keeping my home clean and organised. Although this will be my first rental, I’m responsible, reliable, and committed to treating any home with care. Since I am currently interstate, I would like to arrange for a trusted person to attend the inspection on my behalf. If a virtual inspection (video call or recording) is possible, I would be happy to view the property that way as well.
