Couple (54) seeking townhouse in Brisbane, Queensland

My partner and myself are looking for a home. We have 2 chihuahua puppies. Currently, we are living in Sunnybank in a lovely big house. Upstairs is approximately 6 private bedrooms with communal bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining and laundry. Downstairs is a beautiful 3 bedroom unit. The owner lives in there with the rooms rented to students. Also Downstairs is a cute little bedsit. 2 bedrooms, shower and toilet, plus a kitchenette. It has a fridge and a sink only. There is no yard area as it is for all the residents cars. We pay $600/week for rent. We have been living here since April this year.
