My father, Simeon Vellios, and I have been living at our current address since 1995 and now need to relocate as the property is being renovated and sold. Following the loss of my mother in a car accident last year, I am now my father’s full-time carer, and we both receive stable income through the Carer Payment and Age Pension. We have a long history of paying rent on time, keeping the home clean and well maintained, and being respectful, quiet tenants.
