My 19-year-old daughter and I are looking for a home that is quiet safe and clean, we have a limited tenancy history as I have been a property owner myself and have been living in our family home in Hammondville for many years. We have had to place my beloved mum in aged care and subsequently her home is now on the market as per the ridiculous aged care scheme. I have a rental budget of $620 per week and have bond and rent in advanced ready to go. I am ideally looking for a house, townhouse or private 3brm flat with a small yard as we have a beautiful family pet Elsa that must be considered by any prospective owner. I am returning to work on the 23rd of February 2025 and work remotely but based in the Ingleburn - Macquarie Links Business District, however I am currently studying my Bachelor of Laws and am receiving an income support payment of $853.00 per fortnight and FTB payment of $550 per fortnight, whilst my daughter also is receiving an income support payment of $860.00 per fortnight that is ongoing regardless of her employment status. I have a background in real estate sales, property management and residential medium density development and my family owned and operated for over forty years Raine and Horne Brighton Le Sands, Ramsgate and Miranda before my father was diagnosed by cancer and subsequently, we were forced to liquidate the businesses in 2012. Charlotte is a respectful beautiful young woman and has recently returned to Sydney after studying at New England Ladies College in Armidale where she was accepted on an Equestrian Scholarship. Following her education Charlotte also spent time working with Australian Olympic Team Equestrian rider and coach Heath Ryan at his Newcastle Olympic training Centre in Heatherbrae where she was chosen out of hundreds of applicants to be a working pupil at his establishment. Charlotte has been offered a position at Ironbark Equestrian Centre Bargo, as a level 1 coach and if we find a property that is central to that region, Charlotte will accept the offer of employment. We promise to pay rent on time and in advance and understand the importance of peace of mind with your property and have all supporting documentation and evidence of income etc on your request. We are happy to sign a probationary lease of six months initially with the opportunity to extend once we have proven ourselves and you are comfortable.
