Family (50) seeking townhouse in Nowra, New South Wales

My daughter and I are looking for a ready to go rental in the Nowra area to be close to my Son and his wife and kids. Also my 18 year old daughter Charlotte has been offered a job in Berry. We would love an initial 12 months lease with the option to extend. The rent is a very comfortable price for us and we promise to pay in advance and on time always. We have one small dog Elsa who is a lovely girl no bark no bite and just as quiet as we are. No men , parties or trouble in general lol.
