Family (50) seeking townhouse in Brisbane, Queensland

We are a small family (my wife Ellin, our son Luke, and I) who have been renting our current property in Bridgeman Downs since October 2019. Prior to this, we rented a property in Stafford Heights for 6 years, until the owners sold the property due to a change in their circumstances. We have decided to move at the end of our current lease at Bridgeman Downs on 28/04/2025. Areas we intend to apply for rentals in are Bridgeman Downs, Aspley, Carseldine, Albany Creek, Mitchelton, McDowall, Arana Hills and Everton Park.
