Family (47) seeking house in Eight Mile Plains, Queensland

Myself my 2 sons and 3 other adults are looking for a home to rent long term. I am on a carer pension for my youngest son I also do night cleaning. 2 other guys have full time jobs, my oldest son has back issues so until hes had his operation he is on centrlink benefits. Between the 4 incomes we have more than enough to pay $850 not a problem. I do own the home in which I live at the moment only downfall its on Russell Island so until I retire I plan to rent it out once ive moved out. What do you accept as a reference if the person is yet to rent they are only 21yrs old
