Family (45) seeking house in Kingscliff, New South Wales

We are a local Kingscliff family looking for a long-term rental home. I work as a teacher at TAFE NSW in Kingscliff and my husband Shaun runs his own local business which has been operating since 2017. We have lived in our current home in Kingscliff for almost 8 years and have always taken great care of the property. Unfortunately the owners have decided to sell, so we now need to find a new place for our family. Our children attend Kingscliff Public School and we are very settled in the local community, so we are hoping to stay in Kingscliff or nearby if possible. We are quiet, reliable tenants with stable income and excellent references, and we take pride in looking after the homes we live in. We are hoping to find a place where we can settle long-term and continue being respectful, reliable tenants. We currently live on Bellbird Drive and would love the opportunity to stay in the same street or nearby if possible.
