Family (43) seeking house in Yanchep, Western Australia

Im a single mother of well behaved 10 year old girl and a 15 year old boy. I've just recently sold my house i owned for 9 years. Currently looking for a modern house north of the river. Due to the sale of my house, im able to pay bond, plus the first 3months giving me time to look for part work if required however may not be necessary. I'm currently studying at the moment Community Services Certificate 3, with the potential employment highly likely once completed.
