Family (40) seeking house in Wynnum, Queensland

My husband, Aaron Davies, and I Eleena Davies, along with our two children leyana 17 and son Ethan 18 (will be on the lease) and our well-behaved indoor domestic cat, are currently looking desperately for a rental property to call our home. We are looking for: • 3 -4 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • A double garage Shed for husband workshop • Proximity to public transport (train station access is essential for school travel) We are hoping to move ASAP as we need to be out of our rental before the 20th of August as our rental is being put up for sale. We understand the rental market is still extremely competitive, and unfortunately, this will be the fourth time we’ve had to move due to a property being sold. We’re hoping to find a long-term home and some stability for our family. We are financially ready to move now. We are reliable and respectful tenants with a strong rental history and can provide excellent references, proof of income, and any other required documentation. We have been looking for a while now and haven’t been successful in any of the properties due to the amount of people applying, every house we have been in we have looked after and loved, kept the properties clean and clean with great street appeal as we love gardening. It has been very disappointing that we have had to move all these times in such a short period and are hoping to be looked at before anyone else. Thank you very much for your time
