Dear Property Owner/Property Manager, My name is Zeb Swain, and I am seeking a long-term rental home in Orange, NSW. I have recently returned to Orange to continue growing my painting business, SPPainting, and to be closer to family who have lived in the area for many years. Orange has always felt like home, and I am looking to establish a stable and comfortable living environment for myself and my son. As a business owner, I take great pride in maintaining a professional reputation, being reliable, and treating other people's property with respect. My work as a painter means I have a strong appreciation for the care and upkeep of a home, and I understand the importance of keeping a property clean, well-presented, and properly maintained. The property would be occupied by myself and my son only. We are quiet, respectful, family-oriented people seeking a safe and long-term place to call home. My intention is not simply to rent a house, but to find a property where we can settle and become part of the local community once again.
