We are a quiet, respectful family who take great pride in the homes we live in. Having previously owned our own home, we understand the care and responsibility that comes with maintaining a property and treat every home as if it were our own. Our lifestyle is simple, family-oriented and centred around nature, learning and spending quality time together. We are very house-proud people who value a clean, well-maintained home and are naturally hands-on when it comes to caring for a property, gardens and outdoor spaces. We are reliable, considerate tenants who pay rent on time, communicate openly and respect neighbours and the surrounding community. A peaceful home environment is very important to us, and we take pride in being low-impact occupants who look after a property with genuine care. We are hoping to find a long-term home where we can settle, contribute positively to the property, and build a stable environment for our family. Note: Burleigh to Tweed Heads area is preferred. Property type is not a deal breaker for us- we are open to everything from an apartment to a house. Square footage also does not matter, as long as it is a safe and comfortable space for our family and dog.
