Family (34) seeking house in Thornbury, Victoria

My 12-year-old daughter and I are currently seeking a new residence to call home. I am 34 years old and employed full-time in the construction industry, specialising in major infrastructure projects. Over the past 12 years, I have developed a stable and committed career in this field and consider myself to be organised, diligent, and highly responsible. I am presently engaged on the West Gate Tunnel Project and will be transitioning to the North East Link in the new year. My daughter, Matilda, will be commencing Year 7 next year. She is a well-mannered, respectful, and conscientious young person who is eager to establish a consistent routine as she enters high school. For the past six months, Matilda and I have been residing with my mother following a health diagnosis she received last year. During this time, we have supported her through treatment and assisted with her day-to-day needs. Fortunately, her health is now stable and well managed, allowing her to maintain independence once again. With this positive change, it is an appropriate time for Matilda and me to transition back into our own space and establish a structured environment ahead of her secondary schooling. We are seeking a home that offers stability and the opportunity to be long-term, reliable tenants.
