Hi, I’m a responsible single mother working full-time as a paralegal, and I am looking for a comfortable and well-kept home for myself and my daughter. She is currently studying at Ngarala Public School and truly loves the school, so we are hoping to find a place close to the area to keep her settled in her routine and community. Epping or Eastwood would be ideal locations for us. We are clean, tidy, respectful, and will take great care of the property. I have a strong rental history with both my current and previous agent and landlord, with no issues, and I consistently pay rent on or before the due date. References are available upon request.
