Family (31) seeking house in Brisbane, Queensland

Me and my family are looking for a place to stay for our small family I am currently an international student pursuing my Master's degree at QUT and am looking for a place for me and my family to stay till December 2026. We are a family of 5, we have 3 kids ages between 2 - 4 yrs. We are currently staying at my aunt's place, and now we are looking for a place for ourselves. I am currently an Australia Award scholarship awardee, so I receive an allowance of around $1400 fortnightly. I also possess a permanent position for the Department of Energy (Government of Tuvalu) and right now I am currently on study leave and I still receive my salary of $587 fortnightly. I am currently looking for a part time job so I can earn some extra cash So, all together I get around almost $2000 fortnightly or $1000 weekly. I also have money saved up money back home, so I am able to pay the bond. This is the first time I am applying for a rental property, so we do not have any referees which are able to tell you about their experience with us, but we are quiet and respectful of others privacy. You can count on us to take good care of the property to the best of our ability.
