My name is Kateesha, and I am a single mother of three children. We have recently relocated from the Lower South East to Adelaide to be closer to family and access additional support. At present, we are staying with relatives on a temporary basis and are urgently seeking stable housing for myself and my children as soon as possible. Having a permanent home is extremely important for our family, as it will allow me to enrol my children in a local school within the area and provide them with the stability and routine they need to thrive. Securing suitable housing is our highest priority so that we can settle into the community and establish a stable foundation for our future. Before moving, I worked full-time as a Teacher Aide at a primary school, supporting Aboriginal children. I am currently pursuing similar employment opportunities in Adelaide. Having secure housing will provide the stability I need to continue working and supporting my family. I take great pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented home and would bring the same level of care and respect to any property I rent. We are a down-to-earth, approachable family, and I value clear and positive communication. In addition, my cousin will be living with us. She is relocating to Adelaide to be closer to her son, who lives here, and to have the support of family nearby.
