Family (26) seeking house in Rockingham, Western Australia

My partner and I are looking for a house to suit our needs with 2 kids (Girl; 3 and Boy; 1) We are tidy and neat and very quiet apart from kids being kids. We love going out as a family, doing things together at home with the kids and having a quiet night in watching movies. We look after our place of residence as I have OCD so always on top of cleaning. I’m a stay at home mum and my partner is a part time carer for an elder family member so is away 4-5 days a week taking care of him and assisting in shopping etc. At the moment we can only afford between 300-400 a week
