Couple (53) seeking house in Spearwood, Western Australia

Myself and my partner are looking to rent a house around the Spearwood/Coogee/Beeliar/Yangebup area in WA. We have been living with his aged parents helping them out. Unfortunately the house had to be sold but we were lucky enough to stay there for the last six months. We were hoping for an extension but unfortunately the owner is now wanting to renovate and we have to be out by the 26 March 2026. We both work full-time and are a clean, tidy, quiet couple that do like our privacy. We are not partygoers and don’t entertain very often. We prefer to stay home and relax. We would ideally like something with a decent size backyard. We can guarantee the place will be kept immaculate. We are starting to get really desperate to find a house. Thank you
