We are a reliable, routined couple currently seeking a property in the Haven precinct of Garbutt, Townsville. Having grown up in Townsville and recently returned from Brisbane, we are looking to establish a long term home close to family in the area and both for mutual support and to assist with babysitting, house sitting, and pet care when needed. About Us Tim works part time as a disability support worker, regularly completing 65 hours per fortnight including overnight shifts, and is completing an online Diploma of Graphic Design part time. Samantha works full time as an HR assistant and is studying a Bachelor of Business through JCU online. We are both structured, career focused individuals who take pride in managing a well kept, orderly home. Our Pet We have a house-trained greyhound who has lived with us since 2021. She is calm, quiet, and well behaved. she enjoys daily walks and spends most of her time sleeping on the couch. She poses no disruption to a property or neighbours. Our Standards as Tenants Cleanliness and routine are central to how we live. We maintain high hygiene standards and take the upkeep of any property we rent seriously. Tim also brings a background in the hospitality, disability support, construction industry both in sales and as a labourer which means he values clear, prompt communication around maintenance and repairs. Having previously lived in investment properties owned by both of our families, we understand the responsibilities that come with being good tenants and the importance of a respectful, professional relationship with our landlord. We are punctual, communicative, and committed to being the kind of tenants who make a property easy to manage.
