I work casual night shifts (full-time hours) as a Registered Nurse in the city, and my partner, Conor, is a full-time truck driver based in Malaga. We are very interested in securing a home in the Stirling area, as the location is ideal for both of our work commutes, though we are open to surrounding suburbs as well. We are currently renting on Collier Avenue in Balcatta, but our landlord will soon be moving back into the property, so we are seeking a long-term rental. We are clean, respectful, and reliable tenants who take great pride in maintaining our home to a high standard. We are a quiet couple who enjoy camping and exploring Western Australia, so having a garage is particularly important to us for storing our camping equipment and work tools. For context, we are both in Australia on Working Holiday Visas (WHV). We meet all visa and work requirements, and our visas are fully valid. I plan to apply for employer-sponsored residency early next year, as we are committed to building a stable, long-term life here. We have always paid rent on time, keep our current rental in excellent condition, and communicate promptly with our landlord regarding any maintenance. We have previously attempted house-sharing, but it was not the right fit, as I am very particular about cleanliness—your property would be kept pristine. We have our full bond and two weeks’ rent ready to go. We are also flexible with the move-in date; ideally from mid December to late January. Our current lease runs until the 16th of January, and we can stay with family if needed thereafter, though we would love to secure a new home sooner. We do not smoke and have no pets.
