me and my partner are looking at properties with a 12-24 month lease in the area for work and wanting to move closer to the city for work, we are a social couple who are respectful and quiet with hobbies like gaming, streaming, cooking and of course the occasional going out for the night with friends we believe this makes us excellent tenants for people looking for a quiet self sufficient and easy going couple as for work I work in mining as a field technician and my partner works as a design & concept artist primarily through commission & contract works meaning we both make more than enough to keep our rental owner happy and confident that payments will be made on time with no issues.
