Hello, My name is Salem Moody (23), and together with my partner Jye Little (22) We are hoping to find a long-term home where we can settle and take great care of the property. We previously lived with my father, Craig, who works away frequently. During that time Jye and I were responsible for caring for the property and maintaining the household while he was away. We treated the home as our own and ensured it was kept clean, organised, and well maintained. Craig has kindly agreed to act as a reference for us. I am a qualified beauty therapist and have successfully run my own beauty business for the past two and a half years. This has included leasing a workspace and managing rental payments and upkeep of the space. Jye works full-time in a fly-in fly-out role at Prominent Hill in South Australia. Together we maintain steady and reliable employment. Our combined income comfortably covers the rent and living expenses. I have attached proof of rent payments for the past three months as well as supporting documents for our refinances We are particularly interested in this property because the location suits us perfectly. It is convenient for work, close to local facilities, and near the beach, which we really enjoy. In our spare time we enjoy going to the gym, spending time at the beach, and going on weekend adventures. We both take pride in keeping our home tidy, organised, and peaceful.
